“Lauren is an artist. She is wonderful, with a special gift for conversation and communication. At a different salon, 6 weeks ago I went from very long hair to a short layered cut. As it grew out I could see it was a bad cut. Lauren took the bad and made it beautiful !!! She thoroughly explained everything she needed to do and was conservative in her approach, which I appreciated. She even took time to teach me about different types of hair rollers. “Updated: 4.10.2026 - I broke one of my nails while I was on a trip. Smashed my luggage on one nail. I called to get an appointment and Jimmy got me in right away, fixed it perfectly. You all, I don’t do many reviews, and I hate getting my nails done. This is by far the BEST customer service I have EVER had. So much so it compelled me to update my review. 10 out of 10 thanks to Jimmy.

I go to Salon O to get my hair done and stopped in at 6:45 pm. Jimmy took me anyways without an appointment. I showed him a pic of what I wanted and he assured me he could do it. He confirmed the price before we went forward. This is the first time since I moved to Menifee that I have walked aaay absolutely LOVING my nails. They looked exactly like the inspo.
