Their "call center " for making the appointment and handling insurance matters was a challenge to work with. They did not do what they said they would, disappointing. That being said, the staff at the Murrieta office were great. I would recommend calling the office directly instead of using the online phone number. Dr. Tran was good to work with and did a very good job explaining my needs and lining out a care plan. I need a lot of work done. They did a nice job of working out insurance coverage and explaining all the costs involved. Overall, I'm very happy with the service from the Murrieta office.

The front desk employee seem to be to busy to help but is was busy. Doctors where freindly and informative. The finance girl was the most helpful and very attentive to needs and questions. Over all was a good visit.

From the first phone call to meeting the staff and receptionists I felt like I was welcomed and treated with respect. The team of dentists were caring, compassionate, and kind hearted. I highly recommend Western Dental in murrieta. Thet are my new dentists for life. Truely amazing professional team of dentists. Thank you again Western Dental!
