We are delighted with our new Cambria Torquay quartz kitchen countertop. Wally was very helpful in specifying the project to make sure we got what we wanted. Helen coordinated the project efficiently, and the demo and installation teams were good. Using the Cambria Torquay, we ended up with only a couple seams, which are almost invisible.

Had a pair of pants hemmed here, plus had buttons replaced on another pair of pants. The prices were inexpensive and they were done on time a week later. I got the impression they would be happy to do it faster if requested, but I wasn't in a hurry.
I also inquired about two complex dress alterations and was satisfied with the responses. On one dress, the tailor quoted a very fair price (~200) to shorten the sleeves, use their unique fabric to widen the torso area, and tailor the bust to flatter me. On the other dress, the tailor honestly told me they wouldn't recommend doing the same alteration, because the lace fabric of the sleeves didn't match the lace of the torso, and the end outcome might not look as nice as I wanted. I hadn't thought about that but agreed her reasoning made sense.
I would come back here again if I needed anything tailored.

I’ve been going to Lux for a while, Truce always does my manicure and she’s amazing! today I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah and wow, she is incredible! She did both my pedicure and waxing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Hannah is not only highly professional and skilled, but also so warm and friendly that she instantly makes you feel comfortable. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve had yet. If you’re booking at Lux, do yourself a favor and ask for Hannah, she’s amazing!
I love this place! Great pedicure with massage and hot stone massage at a reasonable price. I just get the basic pedicure that also includes a sugar scrub. In the summer, I sometimes have them add nail art. La Monique's is clean and the nail technicians are talented.

I've always had a hard time finding a good hair salon in my area. Every time I had to go out of my way to get my hair done, I would end up spending a lot of money. I found Desi Haircuts & Hair Salon online and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did because my stylist did an amazing job on my hair and I only had to travel a few miles from my house. The hair stylist was able to do the job in the time allotted, and I didn't have to spend a lot of money. To top it off, I was able to schedule my appointment online, so I didn't have to wait in line or wait until the next day.

I've been going to her for over 8 years and she helped me transition from colored to my natural shade. I've been through many styles and they all work. She is a fun great gal who always makes me feel good about how I look and listens to what I need. Prices are reasonable.

I went for just a haircut, but Tex convinced me to try a reverse highlight to get rid of some of the gray. At first I was hesitant because I do not like ammonia based dyes, but he says his wasn't and that it would not sting. Also reverse highlighting would not touch my scalp. So I decided to go for it. And I was very happy I did. The result looks very natural and my daughter says I look much younger! I am glad I trusted Tex with this job. Will definitely be seeing him again.

We had the most amazing experience with Rooter Hero Plumbing! Our 50 year old plumbing system decided to retire without authorization and backed up (you can imagine what) into our new bathroom and toilets. Emergency call and Rooter was there in 3 hours. They quickly identified the problem, were so knowledgeable and thorough. They stayed until almost midnight for the initial phase and the next 2 days over the weekend replacing. I simply can’t say good things about our experience. I would call them anytime in the future asap!!!!
My son and I tried to switch out a Flushmate replacement for the toilet in our condo. We tried to turn off the water from the wall, but were unsuccessful. We thought that we could replace the unit quickly, but there were many roadblocks in our way (including the company sending us a broken part. We finally got it in the toilet the hooked up the water, only to find out that the new unit leaked. In desperation, we decided to call a plumber. My son called one, and they couldn't seem to come out right away. We then called Just-in-Time and Justin answered the phone, asked a lot of questions, and asked for a video of the problem. He quoted a price and was at our place within 10 minutes. We had been bailing water for over 3 hours. He came in and miraculously stopped the flow. He suggested that the shutoff valve needed to be replaced, but couldn't do it until the water to the unit was shut off. We spent over 1 hour with the HOA, was told that it could be, then after numerous holds, told us that Justin had to do it. Meanwhile, he took apart the Flushmate, found the leak and fixed it. He went to the basement and decided that it was not in his favor to shut off the water to the whole building. He then came and hooked up the water to our new tank, and it worked perfectly! He stayed to make sure that it did. I highly recommend him and will definitely call him in the future. He was our hero!

We hired Level Up builders in November of 2024 for a kitchen remodel . We had interviewed two other companies but ultimately felt the most comfortable going with Eli our salesman and project manager. The pace of the job was very smooth right off the bat and only picked up once the work started. During the design phase the team including Liane were very pleasant to work with. Liane was extremely patient and helpful while she met us at two design stores to assist us in choosing colors and layouts.
Once the work started, we were very impressed with the site prep as Eli delivered on keeping as much dust out of the the rest of the house. He made sure crew setup plastic sheeting throughout the whole bottom floor with zipper doors included so we could still access the living room and upstairs. From here, we were very pleased with the pace of things. Eli and his team are very eager to work and do not make you wait. The demo happened very quickly and before we knew it we were moving very quickly through rough electrical and plumbing. The rest of the job went very smoothly and ended up being ahead of schedule. At any time if something was not right, Eli was very open to our suggestions and critiques and always made sure his crew fixed the issue. Once the work was done Eli was very responsive and always made sure any minor issues/details were address and fixed.

Then, by chance, I found Dr. Chan on Sutter Health, and it turned out to be a game-changer. Dr. Chan is highly skilled in osteopathic adjustments, and his treatments have been incredibly effective. Plus, my insurance covers almost all the costs, so each visit only costs me around $3.
Now, after a month of treatment, I am finally pain-free, and everything is improving. I plan to continue seeing Dr. Chan long-term. Highly recommend him to anyone dealing with chronic pain or sciatica!

Chiropractor Azarow helped with my painful back pain, hip pain and knee pain. I was impressed with how much the 1st session helped. My back pain I later realized was due to my mattress and my knee and hip pain have been chronic issues. She uses a drop table and all the adjustments were gentle. would reccomend.
Dr. Haley is the best. She educates you and does a wonderful job. My back feels sooooo much better everyday.
I recently completed shockwave therapy (7 treatments over as many weeks) with Dr. Lindell for my right knee and left shoulder. I found the treatment to be extremely effective. I had chronic pain in the knee for several months, it cleared up completely after 5 treatments, and my knee remains pain free despite the abuse I put it through. The shoulder was in worse shape than the knee, but also improved significantly. A cortisone shot I had in December took me from an 7 on an annoyance scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst to a 3 or 4 by January, but it was still nagging me. Cortisone also isn’t a fix, so I tried the shockwave treatment in June and it improved the shoulder to a 2 or better. I can do anything I want to with it and just have a bit of residual pain at times. The treatment is supposed to continue to promote healing for a few weeks after completion so it’s possible that it may get to a 1. Overall the treatment is effective and I can recommend Dr. Lindell’s services without hesitation.

Absolutely excellent experience at Banfield Pet Hospital in Mountain View! The entire team was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about my dog. Wonderful management! Wonderful Vet-Technicians! Wonderful yoga studio that I found for a weekend trip to Mountain View. The instructor Ruth was friendly and helpful when she signed me in. She explained all the poses carefully and suggested variations for folks who might need them.I loved that the studio is stocked with props available for students to use. The facility was very clean and the space had a warm energy that made me feel comfortable.After the class was over I felt refreshed. It was the perfect thing to do after a long day of flights from the east coast. I’ll definitely be back the next time I am in town. Thank you so much Ruth!
As a yogi for a decade now, it was my first time taking a class at a studio in at least 7 years so this was nice. My SO and I came together and Lana gave us a friendly welcome and intro to the studio. We did a morning Yoga Belly class and it was very soothing and relaxing. It's very friendly towards beginners and they have nice cork blocks, straps, etc to use. Definitely would come by again!

Combo massage includes foot soak, hot stone and oil massage. Ladies you will be given a wrap around towel that buttons in the back to change, I typically wear a cami tank and sweats for easy changing. First part of the massage you are draped with cloth as your neck, back, glutes, and shoulders are massaged and then uncovered for hot stone and warm oil to be applied to same areas. Feels amazing like a combo tui na (Chinese tcm), Thai (with stretching) and swedish massage.
Therapists are incredibly precise and respectful in targeting areas around the meridian and acupoints, Never once felt unsafe. At other places I have felt nervous when therapists pressed along my spine but not here. John checked in about pressure at multiple points through out massage, one of the best around!!

Had a massage here today that was really excellent. I came out feeling like I had come out of a deep sleep. The massage was intense, I could feel it affecting my breathing as well as muscles.
Colleen and the team are absolutely amazing! I love the hands on experience. The team works together - you do your exercises with them, they watch and adjust you every session. The 1:1 time with Colleen is AMAZING, she is very hands on! All of this followed up with modalities which really help! Highly recommend BUT you have to be willing to put in the time!

Dr. David is the real deal - he is truly an expert at acupuncture and was trained at a medical school in Beijing. When I was looking for an acupuncturist, it was really important for me to find someone with the right education and experience - unlike in the US, China takes eastern medicine very seriously and the training is extremely rigorous, like medical school. My family takes acupuncture very seriously and has high standards for it - my father is a neurologist in the US (but went to medical school in China) and regularly refers his patients to acupuncture. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. David because he is able to bring immediate improvement for my nerve pain following an injury. The whole experience is very relaxing, sometimes I even fall asleep. Bonus points - Dr. David also speaks fluent Chinese and Korean.

My mom felt so much better after the treatment (immediate relief), and she took the herbal medicine for a few days and is completely fine. My mom said she has never recovered this quickly.
