“I’m a super busy person and Christy always manages to squeeze me in last minute. I moved to MV about two years ago and I needed to find someone who was closer to my apartment after moving.

I went to a place in downtown MV awhile back when I first moved here. It was about $40 for a bang trim, which was insane pricing to me and it didn’t even look good. They barely cut my hair or asked me questions, and spent 4 minutes with me. You’ll NEVER have that experience with Christy. Her prices are reasonable AND she delivers high quality work.

Despite my last minute scheduling, she’s always precise and really takes her time with each of her clients. She knows everyone very well, and is friendly and welcoming to anyone who’s new :)

I recently got my hair colored by Christy and she did an amazing job! I also got my bangs recently cut by her after debating for so long whether to just cut them myself because I had such a busy schedule. I’m so glad I went to Christy because she executed what I wanted perfectly. I also definitely would’ve messed it up if I did it myself.

Her salon is clean, stocked with snacks and water, and she is so nice and has so much hair expertise. It’s no wonder she has so many long-term clients that always come back :) Cannot recommend this salon enough!“

“Absolutely great, family owned barbershop/hair salon in the middle of Downtown Mountain View. They accept walk-ins and appointments. They do both long and short hair. I have shoulder length hair these days and they have taken care of all my needs. Carlos lines me up every few weeks and I get compliments all the time when I get lazy and have my hair pulled up. Highly recommend.“

“We just had our 15 month old’s first haircut at Cubby Cuts on El Camino and really liked it! It’s such a fun place for a toddler, the place is sort of carnival themed. My son’s chair was car-shaped which made it easier to settle him down during the cut. The stylist was super fast and experienced with kids’ haircuts.“

“I went for just a haircut, but Tex convinced me to try a reverse highlight to get rid of some of the gray. At first I was hesitant because I do not like ammonia based dyes, but he says his wasn't and that it would not sting. Also reverse highlighting would not touch my scalp. So I decided to go for it. And I was very happy I did. The result looks very natural and my daughter says I look much younger! I am glad I trusted Tex with this job. Will definitely be seeing him again.“
