“We worked with Silicon Valley Custom Homes on a home extension and are very happy with the results. We did find their initial quote to be higher than what we expected based on past experiences with other contractors. However, we learned during the process that they are honest and upfront about their estimates, and we did not get nickel and dimed with cost creeps and change orders during the project. In the end, due to the quality of the materials and workmanship, it was worth the expense and we feel we made good investments in our home.“
