“We spoke with several contractors before choosing Level Up for our project, which included a roughly 450 sq. ft. addition and the complete transformation and expansion of our primary bedroom into a luxury master suite in Los Altos Hills. After meeting with Nir, we felt confident that Level Up was the right team to bring our vision to life.

From our first meeting, Nir was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to work with. He took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish and gave us thoughtful recommendations throughout the process. We never felt like we were simply being told what to do—he helped us understand our options and guided us toward decisions that made sense for our home, our needs, and the overall vision.

One of the biggest advantages of working with Level Up was having their designer, Tal B., involved throughout the entire project. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. Tal joined us at showrooms, helped us select materials and finishes, patiently worked through different options with us, and created detailed renderings so we could actually visualize the space before construction was completed. Seeing the finished master suite look so close to the original renderings was incredible.

We also can’t say enough good things about our project manager, Tal M. He was professional, kind, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented. Most importantly, we could tell that he genuinely cared about our home and about getting the details right. He was always available when we had questions or needed help, that level of personal attention is something we really appreciated.

What stood out to us most about Level Up was that we didn’t feel like we were just working with a contractor—we felt like we had an entire team supporting us. A major addition and remodel can naturally be stressful, especially when you’re making so many decisions about your own home. Having a team that was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in the outcome made a huge difference in our experience.

We absolutely love our new master suite and are extremely happy with how everything turned out. The transformation exceeded our expectations, and looking back at where we started compared with the finished space is pretty incredible.
