“I was really impressed with how warriors carpet cleaning helped me out when I needed a quick carpet cleaning. Another company had started cleaning my carpets, but their machine broke and left my carpet super wet. They told me I'd have to wait and reschedule, which was really frustrating. “Jeff of Los Gatos Carpet Cleaning was recommended by De Luxe Dye Works (who are THE best area and Oriental rug cleaners around. Jeff works with them for any Oriental or area-rug cleaning his clients request.) Unlike the carpet cleaning service that I had been using, Jeff answered the phone (live) and we scheduled the cleaning right then. He did a fantastic job on our carpets. He incorporates a special cleaning step (and machine) that lifts the fibers (?), and the end result is "fluffy," like new carpet! Our newest carpets are over 20 years old and some are over 30 years, so upgrading their overall appearance like this is no small feat. The carpeting throughout the whole house looks the best that it has in years. However, the BEST thing about Jeff's service was the protector I asked him to apply. We have a couple of cats, and cats throw up hairballs. Our previous carpet cleaner used DuPont's Teflon Advanced, but Jeff uses 3M's Scotchguard. He warned me that the carpets would take longer to dry as a result (which they did-really about 24 hours to dry completely), but I have never had easier clean-up of pet vomit!
