From 2018 to 2021, we engaged SVCH on three successive projects of greater and greater scope:Laundry Room RenovationGarage to ADU ConversionMain Residence Gut RemodelAt the peak of the pandemic, our home was finished essentially on time, to our exacting standards and satisfaction. No empty promises. Jenny is on top of everything, Min is an absolute master, their on the ground team is exceptional, and their subs are a cut above the rest. After having gone through 2 terrible dump truck general contractors for a ADU build that took forever to complete. Everything from false promises to missed deadlines, shoddy and non-existant communication and general ineptitude in design, preparation and execution. Both of the contractors being suggested by friends. Note to self, next time choose your friends more carefully in the future. When you have friends like these, why need enemies? Later I learned that majority GC's are subpar and downright awful and it is ESSENTIAL to find a reputable, skilled and trustworthy GC.
