“Eugeniya is a very passionate photographer who has tried all she can to create beautiful set of photos for her customers. She is highly energetic, and you can just tell that she loves what she does. For my session, she didn't rush through just trying to get the job done; she was actually willing to spend extra time to achieve high-quality photographs.

To ease the process for the customers, she does the photo selection session at customers' home, which saved us a lot of time, and I really appreciate that.

What really sets her business apart is her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. While mistakes can happen, she takes responsibility and goes above and beyond to make things right. It's clear that she truly cares about her customers and works hard to ensure they're happy:
1) Eugeniya respects other cultures. When she did the photo retouching, the vibe of one of the photos didn't quite align with our cultural perceptions due to some superstitious reasons. After I explained it to her, she apologized and immediately offered to redo the retouching, even though the new version didn't perfectly align with her own aesthetic. It was quite touching that she understood my concerns and was willing to approach it in a different way.
2) The final album has a minor photo arrangement issue, and I immediately let Eugeniya know when I received the album. TBH, a lot of businesses may push back and try to find excuses. But to my surprise, Eugeniya offered a compromised solution right away. I'm really glad that I found a photographer who's willing to do things above and beyond. ❤️
