Kavanagh construction is simply the best! We completed a two-story remodel with this team while living in the home. We met weekly with the team with organized meetings. Kavanagh construction did our full house remodel ending mid June 2024. All I can say is that they did an amazing job and were an absolute pleasure to work with. Patrick and Brian met with us weekly, were always on time and super responsive at all times. The subs they work with were excellent craftsmen, respectful, and kept things clean. If we ever do a remodel again it will only be with them.
Kavanaugh did an excellent job on my recent Velux skylights installation. They responded rapidly, their quote came in significantly under other contractors who came by to look at my property, and they managed everything from roof repair, drywall, skylights purchase, and painting. They also helped me with understanding how to get a tax credit for the solar-powered install which really reduced the cost as well.Their office manager Alexis was truly a pleasure to work with, she was super responsive with clear communication and helped coordinate all the moving parts according to our needs (baby nap schedules, dogsitter schedules, etc) and got the whole project done in around 1.5 weeks.We absolutely love our new skylights and will be working with Kavanaugh again!
