The sales representatives and project management are extremely supportive and helpful in specifying projects, offering cost-effective all-in-one renovation plans, and coordinating efficiently. They take customer feedback seriously and schedule work thoughtfully. The installation teams are skilled, efficient, courteous, respectful, punctual, and good. They fix all small things requested. The business is noted as being the most affordable and delivers in the shortest possible lead-time. Customers report 100% satisfaction with its product and service, with seamless and almost invisible results. Customers are delighted, strongly recommend them to friends and neighbors, and will definitely use them again.
We are delighted with our new Cambria Torquay quartz kitchen countertop. Wally was very helpful in specifying the project to make sure we got what we wanted. Helen coordinated the project efficiently, and the demo and installation teams were good. Using the Cambria Torquay, we ended up with only a couple seams, which are almost invisible.
Helen and team were absolutely phenomenal, had the best experience getting my granite countertop replaced with white quartz’s all the folks working on it were also fantastic and they fixed all small things I asked. They are also the Bays most affordable, can’t recommend them enough to my neighbors.
This is my second time using Artistic Stone. This is a very professional, high-quality vendor. They did my master and guest bathroom countertops this time. First off, I found what I was looking for only at Artistic Stone. It was literally the last slab and larger than needed; BUT Jesse Collins in the Mountain View showroom and Helen Wen were extremely supportive in making it happen for me. They also scheduled the work in such a way so that I would have at least one bathroom for my use and yet delivered in the shortest possible lead-time.
