This was my first hair cut with Natalie. I love the location of her salon in a quiet part of downtown Mt View. She spent time upfront listening to what I wanted and providing feedback. Then, she spent a lot of time cutting my hair carefully. I was really happy with the cut when she was finished and I definitely plan to go back to her from now on.
