“Couldn't be happier with the service. We have an old fan vent in our kitchen island that stopped working, and would be a nightmare to replace. Parvin came right on time within the scheduled window and very quickly identified the issue, and managed to fix it despite needing to manipulate parts in a very small, cramped area using various tools to reach within the confined space. He also uncovered some poorly done, past DIY wiring work within the space by the prior homeowner that he visualized for me, and recommended we get an electrician out to mitigate future fire risk, which we are pursuing. We were so impressed with how he solved a challenging fix, and likely saved us a lot of future problems later.”
