I had a really good experience with this company. They installed our heat pump HVAC system and also helped me apply for the rebate. The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciated how responsive and helpful they were along the way. Natalie was especially great with the rebate application and made everything much easier for me. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.
I want to give a shout out to Plum HVAC for the installation of a heat pump with both heating and cooling and an indoor mini split on my grandma‘s quarters out back. Sam, the owner, was a delight to work with quoted quickly and gave me best value pricing. Ha, his installer, did a great job installing the unit getting done by lunchtime. I highly recommend you at least get a quote from Plum HVAC.
Sam came out to provide a quote for a heat pump installation. Not only was his price the most competitive, but he also came across as the most credible and knowledgeable among the contractors I spoke with.
I went back and forth with him on a few details before moving forward, and he was always prompt in responding and very reasonable in addressing my questions. On installation day, he sent a team of four technicians who completed the work efficiently and professionally, just as promised.
