“4 stars because the British lady at the front wasnt too friendly. I loved the girl who I had the service with, AK. She was friendly, welcoming, & thorough. Thank goodness for her because the other half of the experience was disappointing. I am visiting from Miami so it was a pop in.<br><br>I arrived at 10a, which was the time of my appointment & the door was locked. The British woman opened the door, rushing without really greeting us. I understood she was in a rush so I didn’t think too much of it. She took another client in, which I assumed was a client she knows & didn’t let me know someone will attend to me, even though it was minutes after 10a. AK then came for me. When I went to check out, the woman at the front did not greet me, ask how the service was, she just said “pay right there”…I had to ask her what my total was. Then I paid & proceeded to walk away from the desk & my cousin that was with me said “thank you, have a nice day” so that triggered her to respond. I just feel like the basic greetings & manners should be considered, especially when you’re late.”

“I go here for their amazing manicures. They really work hard on massaging and all. Their wax mask is so soothing and leaves the skin feeling so soft. I decided to try their pedicure too and I loved my feet after they were done with it. I took a friend with me and they did our pedicures and manicures together to save our time. It was a wonderful experience and their prices are amazing which is a bonus point for them! Keep it up ladies!”
