We had Attic Star to replace the air ducts in the garage. They did a great job from start to finish, and communicated promptly and well. I got couple estimates and Kalev ,the project manager, was thorough in his walk through. He pointed out few things that other estimators missed and was creative to plan the ducts placement for future renovation. The ducts were wrapped with asbestos, which they subcontracted to a licensed asbestos removal company to remove the day before duct installation. Kalev handled the coordination which made things easy. We had a serious problem with "rats as big as cats" in our LG mountain property; the rats infiltrated our crawl and attic space throughout the home and, at night, it was full-on rat gymnastics happening behind the walls and under the house. Getting this issue resolved quickly became a top priority.We requested quotes from a few different companies; Attic Star was not the most, nor the least expensive... obviously knowledgeable and their quote was detailed with explanations re: how they were going to fix the problem. contacted them to arrange for an attic cleaning. received a fair quote. They arrived on schedule, removed the insulation, cleaned the attic, made it rodent-proof, and insulated it. They were well-kept and polite.
