As I’ve just had a consultation and I’m still going for my treatment, I want to say that the staff are wonderful. Kim was very knowledgeable and immediately picked up on the problem I was addressing. She then called a colleague for a second opinion so I feel confident that I will get my issue sorted out 100%. In a world where there is no concept of good service, Menkes clinic is definitely on top of their game. You are awesome.
