I have a Kenmore stackable washer and dryer, and it got stuck on the rinse cycle and would not advance to spin cycle. Our ancient washer stopped working, and we called Spark Appliance Repair because their reviews were excellent. I'm so glad we did, because after the very knowledgeable repairman diagnosed the problem, he gave us the advice that the cost of replacement parts would be as much or more than buying a new washer.
