i may only go every 6 months but thats how good nicole is that i dont have to touch up my hair or have my colour fade away. Instead hair colour always looks so natural that my regrowth looks like it is apart of the style. love nicole's enthusiam to make me look and feel like 1 million bucks when we are finished. shes a diamond found in a rural part of nz with techniques that are far better then any other hairdresser ive been to in auz and canada. As a person who is graduation today after only three weeks, this place is more then exceptional. I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff, chef, and overall facility is. I booked myself a back, neck, and shoulders stress relief massage, and I have to say that Iris D is the best masseuse I have ever experienced. Perfect intensity, variation, and technique. The massage oil smelled really nice and everything was very smooth. This is my second time here and it has honestly become my favorite massage place in north county-- no frills and all results.

Lash Lift + Tint ? first off let me start off with how I took a nap because I was just so peacefully relaxed. I got my lashes done a few weeks ago now & they are still looking so good ! She delivered with my requests & slayed it ; I feel so confident & have yet to use my eyelash curler or any mascara! I will be coming back !!

I love this Barber Shop, truly old school like the days of my youth. If they only had Pinuad I would think I'm back in a Time Machine. They give a great trim and beard treatment. They wax the stache and use the best beard balm available. All quality products by skilled professionals.

We've been in the area nearly 50 years and Garcia's is our Go-To for great Mexican food! It never disappoints! Great chips and Salsa! They have a great crunchy taco...and every other menu item is tasty. The service is always great too! There is usually parking behind the restaurant. Highly recommend!

I've been doing spray tans for over 20 years (melanoma). Hush is the best spray tan I ever had! The medium color was beautiful and had depth, which is quite a feat since I'm basically transparent. It was perfectly applied and looked super natural. There were no streaks or patchy areas. The tan lasted for two weeks and faded nicely.
There's plenty of parking. The space is welcoming and private. Highly recommend!?

Had my appointment on Valentine's Day with Zenny. I was finally using a giftcard so decided to go with something new. Gel extension with ombré design. Although she was hesitant and up front about her skills with ombré, I have complete faith as she's always done excellent work. And she did! Turned out so pretty! I'm obsessed and now I have plans to come in often so Zenny can practice a new ombreé design so we can get her more confident in future ombré requests ??

I have been seen Angela now for about six months and have loved every visit. She is a true artist and has a beautiful attention to detail. I also feel that my nails are very healthy under the gel as she is very careful and mindful of how she treats my natural nails as well. Also have had a few pedicures from other manicures at the salon and they do a beautiful job. The whole atmosphere is very fun. They always have some fun music playing, and everyone is very kind.

I went in to see Susan Ward today for a partial highlight and haircut. I knew what I liked and had one picture for her to reference but other than that I struggled a bit to explain my vision. She was very patient, kind and took the time to understand what I wanted. She was spot on, and I left her feeling overwhelmed with happiness. She did a beautiful job on my highlights and my cut is incredible. She gave my hair new life! Even my 10 year old daughter told me “wow mom, that looks so good” when I got home. Thank you Susan! I went to Alex for 8 months straight and had complete trust in her. I absolutely loved her attentiveness, professionalism and her kindness. She’s the sweetest!!! I tell everyone who asked (even those who don’t?) to go see her! I recently stopped doing extensions for now and my lashes are amazingly sooo healthy just like Alex promised they would be on day one! I only had ONE lash gap because of ME pulling the lash MYSELF (do NOT do it- no matter how bad you want to? leave it to the professionals!) She also has an eyelash washing formula she made herself that I purchased and used religiously. This girl knows her stuff and loves what she does, and it shows!! 10/5 stars! I purchased a LivingSocial coupon to Skin Care Heaven as soon as I moved to San Diego, not knowing that Carlsbad is not quite as close as it seemed. Thus, my lazy self did not want to drive all the way up there, and the coupon expired. However, they were kind enough to still accept it two weeks after the expiration. So I hauled my self up to Carlsbad and got a facial/massage. This was my first facial, and I think it was great. I forgot the names of the ladies who did my facial/massage, but they were both very nice - not pushy at all for upsells, and accommodating to my needs. I'm a bit ticklish, so the masseuse worked around that. It was relaxing and I felt happy afterwards. I probably won't get another facial because my face felt weird afterwards but I think that's because my skin is sensitive. My only qualm with Skin Care Heaven is that it was difficult getting an appointment in because they're pretty busy, but it was a great experience!
Cheryl was incredible!! She did my bridal makeup along with 7 other bridal party makeup on the wedding day. She was easy to work with, made me feel comfortable, and not only listened to what I wanted but executed it perfectly!! I’m not one to wear a ton of makeup so I was nervous having someone else do it and still love how I looked. During the trial she built up the look so I got to see it in different stages and I got to see how I felt after wearing it the rest of the day. I decided to make some changes from the final trial look for the wedding day and she was able to execute it exactly how I wanted it day of. I loved how it turned out and it lasted the whole night too!! Cheryl was a pleasure to work with and have there on my special day! I would highly recommend booking her for your bridal makeup!

This is the go to place for anything wax related. I've had a bikini, lip, eyebrow, and a large patch done (leg) and it's all been good. They haven't raised their prices in forever while everyone else has. Parking here can be challenging so make sure to give yourself enough time. Great owner, good staff, quality service, I definitely recommend.

I have been seeing Ashley for awhile now and she is amazing!! I am having some issues with my muscle and nerves. She always takes time to ask me how I am feeling before every session. She checks in with me with what has been going on with my PT and anything to report from my doctors. She is my life saver. I live in pain on a daily basis and after our 90min session together, I have some relief in my muscles for a couple of days. As someone who is in pain all the time, it helps to feel somewhat normal for those 2 days.

Isabelle was GREAT! Last week she did the on my entire face. Throughout the process, my skin was very sensitive to the process because I've never been one to do a lot to it (no Botox, fillers, peels, etc.) - virgin skin. Thankfully, Isabelle was kind, patient friendly and fun, distracting me throughout the process. She knew exactly what she was doing (she's a former nurse) to get the job done; she even checked in on me after to see how I was healing. Now, I've gone from looking like a worn-down, 55-year-old to a fresh new face. It feels so good to look at my young face in the mirror! Thank you Isabelle!!!

We had a 45 min foot and upper body that was nice and relaxing. My hubby normally prefers a female therapist, but we both had males…he says he would still do it again. Its clean and calming with salt lamps.

I've come here a few times now and I actually really like it. The front desk is always helpful and professional. I've had Amy and Lily before and they're both great massage therapists. They always ask if the pressure is ok and they even massage through all of my knots. I've also had a couples CBD massage with my husband as well and he enjoys it here. Their prices are affordable and there are discounts if you pay in cash. I've also booked through the classpass app as well.

You can't go wrong with DFL plumbing as they are honest people, which apparently these days is a rare find. Instead of them making holes and breaking concrete guessing or trying to sell me a costly new pipe system he suggested CPL to find the exact leak location. Rubin was able to repair the leak. I have used this company many times. They treat women with respect and kindness. They dont try to over sell and rip you off. I would use them again and again. My family and friends use them as well and we have never had any issues. I waited until they could fit me in why? because I trust them. Thank you for your honesty and outstanding work.

We scheduled an annual hot water tank flush and had a great experience. The company did have to reschedule us but were apologetic and worked around our schedule. Evan was our technician and he did a great job - both with the flush and doing a general evaluation of our pipes, sharing recommendations, etc. Would definitely use them again in the future!

Service Rite put in a Ring Doorbell and higher-voltage doorbell transformer for us. They were the only electrician service I called (out of 13) that could provide a valid contractor's license, proof of liability and worker's comp insurance, had any openings for the next 2 months, and weren't surly and condescending. Armando was lovely and fast, and even helped us choose between 2 doorbell mounts we had as options. Highly recommended!

I had my carpet cleaned by Silver Olas for the second time and they again did a great job! We had multiple guests over the summer and more dirt than we thought on our carpet. Not only does it look brand new but also feels it too! The two cleaners were quick and efficient. They were careful with corners and not leaving wet spots. I highly recommend!

Luis and Aaron were prompt, courteous, efficient, and respectful of both me and my furnishings. I have a 2600 sq ft home with both carpeting and ceramic tile. A few animal “accidents” made an additional pretreatment necessary. I also took advantage of a discounted grout sealant (I would have added that initially, but it wasn’t offered to me). That made the total about 50% more than the original estimate, so be prepared for the upsell. There was one area that had been bleached by previous cleaning products and they were unable to change that, but overall I’m quite pleased as the remainder of the stains are gone and everything looks and smells great! It was a pleasant experience and I would use ZeroRez again.

i've used several different carpet cleaning companies and i can confidently say this one is the best! they cleaned my sectional sofa, and now my whole house smells fresher. they were the only team that offered to move my couch away from the wall to clean the back and took it apart to get between each section. jonah was incredibly thorough, reasonably priced, and clearly knows a lot about carpet cleaning. he even took the time to explain some of the cleaning process and gave me helpful tips for my carpet, even though the main job was just the sectional. i’m very impressed with their work and will definitely use them again.
I called to get a quote for carpet cleaning and set up an appointment. A few days later, Gerald came to our home in Carlsbad and did an outstanding job cleaning the carpets. He spent almost six hours working on the carpets in five rooms, plus the hallway and stairs. Gerald also cleaned two club chairs in our family room that our dogs had been using for years. He made the chairs look almost like new again. The cleaning products and methods Gerald used were really impressive. He not only cleaned the carpets but also explained a lot about how stains and different carpet fabrics work. After many years and several other professional cleanings, Gerald made our carpets look and feel brand new. BA Worthing built an ADU for me almost 20 years ago. I couldn’t have been happier with the end result. So when it came time to remodel my home, I never considered any other company other than BA Worthing. I never even got another bid. Alena Blasio’s design talent is exceptional. She listened to what my vision was and designed a beautiful, beautiful kitchen/family room, two bathrooms and a general remodeling of the house. Went in this office for a consultation and to my surprise this office is a hidden gem. The office is clean, modern and the country music in the background was a plus. I was in a car accident back at the end of June and my neck has been really locked up ever since. I just had my first session at NuSpine today. I was desperate for help due to a slipped rib that was causing me intense pain. Dr Hamilton was very friendly and professional. Excellent bedside manner in making me feel heard and empathizing with my suffering. He did a great job at explaining the treatment process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the experience. By the time I left there I was in much less pain than I walked in with, and within a couple of hours it finally felt like I could continue on with the activities of my day. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are extremely reasonable, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I will return again!
Commutative and polite. Offered education to remedy the issue in the future which was great. Thorough exam before manipulating my joints. Second day in and I think my collarbone issue may be on the mend. Really appreciative of the overall experience.
Doc Kline is the best. He’s super knowledgeable and has a gift for spine and back adjustments. He’s flexible in terms of when you can get appointments and he’s just an all around cool and down to earth guy. I won’t use anyone else in N County other than him. He keeps my back and spine healthy so I can ski, golf and do all the stuff I love to do.
Dr Szajowitz (shy•a•vich) is just fabulous. He properly diagnosed me with compressed/degenerative discs in my neck, cervical area. An MRI confirmed his diagnosis. He has helped increase the functioning of my nerves in the arm and hand. I can't recommend him enough. If you are in pain, his sense of humor is also wonderfully distracting!
I met Dr. Tiffany at a birth worker meet up and so glad I did! She’s not only an incredible chiropractor but a great listener and supportive presence that is full of care and relevant referrals. I’ve been to many different chiropractors over the years and can say with confidence that Dr. Tiffany offers something unique that makes all the difference esp for mamas in sensitive postpartum states. My daughter is a professional jiu-jitsu fighter. One Saturday she landed on her head during a tournament. She couldn't walk and she was screaming in pain. Dr. Dahl gladly saw her immediately even though she wasn't an existing patient. He was able to realign her back and she walked out the door good as new. The entire office was super caring and made us feel like family. I learned while I was there that he offers free chiropractic for kids on Saturdays! He does what he does out of love. He's not the doctor who will rush you through. When you walk in the office everyone knows your name, just like Norm. It's great!
I took my boxer to see Dr. Hall for a checkup. Everyone there was very kind and knowledgeable and very gentle with my dog. She took her time examining my dog. Not one the the practices that puts you on a time schedule then says you're done. Dr. Hall is one of the nicest vets in the area. I would recommend her office to everyone.
All the vets and techs have been wonderful treating our fur-babies! I highly recommend them! And its so convenient to have them come to my house.
I cannot begin to thank the Canyon Creek Animal Hospital Staff and Dr. Hall enough for how they helped our pup and our family in a very very stressful time. After just 3 weeks of having our dog he managed to swallow a very large rock, began throwing up, and was very lethargic. We brought him in to see Dr. Hall who examined him, advised us of all our options, and helped us make a well informed decision in a very scary time. Dr. Hall prioritized the health of our dog, re-arranged her schedule, and rushed our pup into surgery so that we could have the best possible outcome. And with all of that she still gave us a detailed breakdown of cost and helped to make it as affordable as possible. If you're looking for a great vet who cares about the animals and their owners this is the place to go!
We were so impressed with Dr. Livezey and all his patient and caring staff. We took our Rescue kitty in for her first visit fully expecting to come home with a prescription for a "calming medicine" and a rebooked appointment. We could not believe they were able to do a dental check, clip her nails, weigh her, give her flea treatment (and taught me how to best do this) as well as spent a lot of time answering our questions and giving her a thorough exam. They are located in central Carlsbad - WITH A PARKING LOT - and are open every day. Best ever!
Whole experience was fantastic. Easy scheduling, clean hospital, nice staff. Dr, Ecker was wonderful. Experienced, thorough, great with my dog. He wasn't rushed in his appt despite having a lot to cover. Feel comfortable moving forward with surgery. Especially appreciate their increased safety standards for anesthesia, and Dr. Ecker's advanced surgical experience. Thankfully I have Trupanion pet insurance so when stuff like this surgery comes up I'm covered.

We are new to the area and found Dr. Fife here at this office. The staff and Doctor are amazing. They have been very professional and caring. Dr. Fife was prompt in helping take care of our poodles-one which had to have emergency care. She is very knowledgeable and we are impressed with the great care she has given our 4 legged family members. The techs have been amazing each visit. The office is clean and in a great location. They took time with each pet to make them feel comfortable and accomplish what we needed to in the appointment. They were very helpful to carefully explain the answers to my questions, as well. It is hard to find good care for your animals, but I completely trust these folks and plan to bring my pets back. Thank you so SO much!

While visiting from Canada I wanted to keep up my regular practice. I'm so pleased to have found PLAY . The heat was perfect and teachers are amazing. When I come back to Carlsbad I will certainly practice at this studio!

I have trained with Denise at Fit Monkeys for about a year. She is extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and cool. I had some body pain and she went above and beyond to help me get it sorted. She did research, modified our workouts, and gave me practical homework. I’m no longer in pain and when it flares up momentarily I use it as a reminder to do the moves Denise taught me. My goals were strength, stability, overall health. I believe I am in the best shape of my life because of my work with Denise. I have worked with several trainers and have never gotten this level of knowledgable support. I cannot recommend this studio enough!! If you’re looking to get out of pain, get in shape, move your body in a mindful way this is the place!!
This was my first reformer Pilates class and Madi was very welcoming and her instructions made it easy to follow the class. I enjoyed my first class and looking forward to taking reformer Pilates this year. I would recommend and looking forward to my next class.
I am 67 and wanted to work on my balance, strength and overall fitness. I have been working with Pilates in Aviara for 2 years and I am very happy with my results. She works with you at your level and encourages you to do more.

Jackie was amazing. I am from Texas visiting family and was running on some hills that I'm not used to. Jackie helped with the pain in my legs, back, and chronic shoulder pain and I feel much better now. I've had many massages from many therapists over the last 20 or so years and Jackie knows what she is doing. I'll definitely see her again when I am back in town.

I was in town for Thanksgiving, my wife needed a massage, so we booked a couples massage, and I could not have been more surprised with what a wonderful massage we received ! I am a runner, my legs are always tight, my masseuse worked magic on legs. This place is such a good value compared to other massage parlors I have tried in the past! Best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! Samantha is truly so talented, hardworking and passionate about the work she does. A true body expert who hires other real-deal massage therapists who take a real professional interest in everyone they work with. Each session I walk out really changed. I have a lot of medical needs so Samantha, Claudia, and Erin have all really helped me with various health issues that have been really life-changing. From gentle therapy, to really getting under the hood of my body and changing things for the better. Lymphatic massage here as well is excellent and you should be careful where you go for such work.
I got in with Britt the same week I messaged her, after finding her through great reviews. It was truly the best massage I've gotten. I've been having some lower back pain and she knew exactly where to work and used just the right amount of pressure. And being able to lay on my stomach was a huge plus! I've already booked another session and plan to keep coming throughout my pregnancy!

Impossible to explain what an amazing experience this was. It wasn't easy to get my first deep tissue myofascial massage work done at 67. But that was what I asked for, and what the surgeon and I agreed needed to be done! The bodywork was intense but it was WELL WORTH the result. I was exhausted for two days (but strangely not bruised or tender) from all the toxin release. My life is pretty much changed - as I have more energy and stamina - stand straighter and feel MUCH BETTER!!! I was heading towards another surgery and now I am not....Going back as soon as I can! Kimberley was recommended to me by a friend several years ago after I had been dealing with residual recovery issues following multiple fractures and nerve damage in my foot. I was extremely apprehensive to see an acupuncturist after a very bad experience the first time, but Kimberley reassured me that this would not be the same experience - and she was right! She took time in our initial assessment to not only understand the primary reason for my visit, but also to gain an understanding of my complete health profile and any other concerns I may want to address. Her approach was very comprehensive, including not only traditional acupuncture, but also providing educational materials and nutritional guidance. She was also realistic about what acupuncture can help with and what it can't. For my injury, certain things just take time. I'm pleased that after just a few visits I saw a marked improvement in several aspects of my recovery and have implemented routine acupuncture as part of my whole body wellness.
Fast forward a few years and I found myself in need of more acute acupuncture this past Fall. I couldn’t possibly see anyone but Kimberley. She was still just as amazing as the first time I saw her and I’d still recommend her to anyone who wants a thorough, thoughtful, effective acupuncturist.

Cantor’s came highly recommended to us by multiple friends and neighbors. We had an excellent experience with David Jacobsen as our instructor. David did a great job of connecting with our teenage son. After. The first lesson, my son requested that all his lessons be with David. My son said that Dave was able to calmly explain things in a way that made sense. I think that’s about the highest compliment one can get from a teenager. Thanks to Dave I feel confident about having a teenage driver in the family.

This review is a few months late but this company is Outstanding and definitely not your typical driving school. I have four kids and so we tried many local Driving Schools over the years (AAA, Bakkers, Cantor's, Alliance, and even Coastline Academy). I'm a race driver by profession, so I may have high standards but I've always tried to teach my kids the safest driving possible. Unfortunately, what these companies were teaching was absolutely ridiculous and some of the Instructors were horrible with no real experience of their own. I finally found TRTS through a racing friend of mine and I could not be happier with the results. Everything I have taught my children and more was being taught by the instructors. My last sons instructor, Marc was one of the most professional, fun, and knowledgeable people I've ever worked with. He not only taught my Son how to Drive Safely but provided real-life examples of what happens on the streets when you don't.
Far too many teens are being killed every year from poor driving & distracted driving. If you want the Best for your kids, you must seek out the Best! Not only did this company come through for my family, but they also kept our privacy a priority throughout the curriculum. Thank you Marc & TRTS. You are Fantastic!!!
The training at West Coast Driving School is top notch! Very organized and reliable. Great communication between the instructor and students too! Regina was a wonderful teacher and my daughter passed her test in the pouring rain at the Oceanside DMV on her first try!
