I just had a service on my AC by ASI my technicians name was Derek. To say he was exceptional would be underrating him. He was completely thorough. Did a great job. Had a great personality and was just an all-around good guy. We signed up for a service contract because of him and the service he gave us he is a credit to ASI, and I hope they treat him well And hold onto him. When I signed up for the service contract, I did it with the stipulation that he would be my technician. I am not usually one to leave reviews, but it feels unjust to not show this team the appreciation they deserve. My family and I have been bringing our cats and dog here for many many years, but about 2 months ago, my 16 year old Bermese cat started declining in health very badly and very quickly, and I knew his time had probably come. They fit him into their schedule within 3 business hours of my call (I called at the end of the day and they scheduled us for 10 AM the next morning). Reception was kind and inviting as always, and I held it together while Dr. Candace did her assessment of him. They were excellent. When I call and explaining my dogs problem--foxtails, which was not familiar with previously--and Lindsey made an appointment for me immediately. To the wonderful nurse that was so nice to my dog and explaining what foxtails can do to a dog and then the excellent doctor that treated my dog with so much care. I recommend them 'highly'.
