My wife and I both have gone there for various reasons and the staff is interested to know about our lives outside of just PT and take great care in each patient they work with. I would always recommend this place to anyone looking for PT. They are also very educated in many different areas and can help with so much! Their front desk is also very educated in the knowledge of insurance and can help you with any documentation or questions you might have. They have the perfect balance of professional and personal!
Longevity at Bressi Ranch is great.The environment is welcoming, the therapists knowledgeable and the front counter staff helpful. The initial assessment I received from therapist Chad was thorough. The sessions thus far have included massage, recaps of exercises from previous appointments, additions of new exercises, and questions regarding my comfort level. Chad takes measurements documenting my progress and alerts me to mistakes I may be making. He also explains the muscles involved and the plan for my recovery. I have been to two other therapist groups in North County and find Longevity to be much more inviting and the staff more competent.
The Physical Therapists were excellent and even though I didn't see the same therapist each week it was obvious that they collaborated with one another so to know what was going on with the client which I found very impressive, so it was seamless each time.
The communication was outstanding.
Highly recommend Longevity and if and when I need therapy again, I will definitely come back here.
