The scheduling, professionalism, and excellent job they did on our carpets is the best we have seen. Jimmy is super friendly and very customer focused. We needed five high traffic area rugs cleaned and they looked almost new by the time the job was completed. There were tough stains that had to come out, and you couldn't tell they were stained at all when the job was done. Highly recommend them to anyone who is considering carpet, tile, and grout cleaning. This company is wonderful!
I manage a rental and when the tenants moved out the smell of dog urine was overwhelming. I had new tenants moving in, in just a few days and needed to get this cleaned and the smell out. We had the home professionally cleaned but it that company was unable to get the horrible urine smell out from the floor. Silver Olas came in and was able to clean, sanitize, and eliminate the problem. After their service you couldn’t even tell a pet was ever in the home and the floors looked great.
