Tahra is amazing in every way imaginable. Very calming, incredible awareness of anatomy and physiology, as good as most Rolfer so I’ve been to. Definitely one of the best Bodyworker’s in San Diego county. Very affordable. Really nice location in Carlsbad Village.

Best. Massage. Ever. My husband and I have tried out a bunch of therapists in the area and Tara is the only one that knows exactly what we need and focuses on proper body mechanics. Her prenatal massage is amazing too, I got at least 1 per month while I was pregnant. Super easy to book too, just text or call her and she responds within an hour usually!

I am a Certified Medical Massage Therapist specializing in soft tissue rehabilitation and injury prevention. I use muscle manipulation therapy to release fascial adhesions that are disrupting your quality of life. My approach starts with an intake and assessment, each client will have a session designed to address their individual needs. During the session I encourage clients to communicate about pressure changes, trigger points, and referral patterns. At the end of your session we can discuss a treatment plan designed to fit your needs. Continued specific treatment is truly the key to unlocking pain patterns and improving mobility.
