I love coming to Stephanie's class. She is very organized and knows just what we will be doing during the class with everything out and ready. And I always feel great after the workout.
Danielle’s Pilates classes are honestly the best I’ve ever taken. Her classes flow so seamlessly (there isn’t a lot of up and down changing springs or jumping from one thing to the next). She explains everything so well, she’s super funny and her classes kick your butt. I don’t take any classes the day after I take hers ?
Club Pilates is a body saver. I suffer from RA some days I can barely move, but once I get through a class I'm good to go. I appreciate the wonderful instructors that keep me motivated and laughing. It's been over 10 years since I started my Pilates journey. It's Pilates for life! Thank you
