I first went to see Dr. Fallah about 2 years ago to remove my old amalgam fillings and replace them with less toxic fillings. I had been very nervous at the time because I was worried something would go wrong. He and the staff were amazing and everything went very smooth. My teeth turned out great and I’ve had no problems! Dr. Fallah is careful not to allow patient or environmental contamination with the mercury.I just returned to Dr. Fallah as a second opinion on a painful tooth. Dr. Al Fallah is one of the best biological dentist in San Diego! Besides being very knowledgeable, he has the most advanced equipment for practicing successful holistic dentistry. Dr. Fallah is very kind, thoughtful and compassionate human being! He won’t try to sell you the procedures you don’t need. The stuff in his office is incredible, especially Catherine, Cindi and May! I am very happy with my results and would highly recommend Dr. Al A. Fallah to anyone!

Dr. Fallah is a wonderful, compassionate, gentle, extremely thorough dentist. He and his caring staff removed all of my amalgams. I felt very cared for, they always made sure I was relaxed and comfortable. Shortly thereafter I noticed my general health improved. This shows how important our oral health impacts our whole body. It's always a joy (really) to go to Dr. Fallah' office. ?Dental hygienist Jen is thorough and delightful as always.
