Susan Ward most definitely is one of the most experienced stylist beauticians I have ever gone to. This truly is my best styled haircuts I have ever had and I’m a senior grandmother. Therefore, I have had many haircuts in my lifetime. Susan was a delight to work with. She is very professional, really wants to know what you would like to have done to your hair, pleasant, and kind person I have ever met. I went in to see Susan Ward today for a partial highlight and haircut. I knew what I liked and had one picture for her to reference but other than that I struggled a bit to explain my vision. She was very patient, kind and took the time to understand what I wanted. She was spot on, and I left her feeling overwhelmed with happiness. She did a beautiful job on my highlights and my cut is incredible. She gave my hair new life! Even my 10 year old daughter told me “wow mom, that looks so good” when I got home. Thank you Susan!
