Joe and Arturo were professional, they replaced a part of the padding and laid the carpet intact, which was from water damage. Then the carpet was shampooed, the processes used required a 15 mins for the livening room only (1200 sq) and the carpet is clean, deep stains lifted. I'm impressed! Thank you Ultra Brite carpet

Joe is a BOSS. A few months ago I accidentally dripped some bleach on my carpet from the laundry room into my bathroom leaving a trail of 10-12 quarter-sized, orange spots that annoyed me EVERY day. I called Ultra-Brite... Joe and his worker showed up right at 8am and I kid you not, they were walking out the door at 8:42 and the carpet was PERFECT. In 40 minutes he had introduced himself, quickly assessed the area, brought in all his gear, hooked his van up, cleaned the area, mixed and dyed all the spots, re-cleaned, vacuumed and were OUT. It is always a pleasure to work with Joe Carafa and crew for all my flooring and carpet needs. He is a consummate professional, very knowledgeable and is easy to work with. He has professionally deep cleaned my carpet in my Oceanside home and my family room carpet at my second home downtown.
