Jeff got back to me within a few hours after my email and gave me a very fair price for the carpet cleaning. He and Gerald arrived on time, were friendly, and worked with real care. They walked me through the cleaning process, treated the high traffic areas, and then got everything done efficiently. Jeff clearly takes pride in his carpet cleaning work, and the difference was amazing. I have a very light carpet and a busy home with two boys, so I was surprised by how much soil and wear they were able to lift out. The carpet now looks bright, fresh, and refreshed.
