My first time using Pelican and it certainly won’t be my last. They were attentive on the phone and answered it quickly. The service Tech was excellent and thorough and did not try to upsell, he just took care of what needed to be done. He however did advise me of what my older HVAC system was going need in the future and what I might need to plan for.
