So happy I found this company! Brandon, the service tech, was amazing — so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and ethical! He was able to troubleshoot the issue with me over the phone, and put me in touch with his scheduling reps who could do the service for less than $100 if the troubleshooting steps he gave me don’t work.
This is the type of upstanding, ethical service that is so hard to find these days! With all the paid/fake reviews out there, it’s so hard to figure out who you can actually trust. I originally called another company that had thousands of 5-star Google reviews, and they came out and tried to swindle us out of $4500!

We had our A/C condenser go out around 8pm. I called probably 12 HVAC companies that were listed as 24/7 service and this company was the only one to have someone available. Brandon came within the hour and had us back up and running. He took his time to find the root of the issue and we are having him come back to make some recommended repairs starting with the most budget conscious options. Highly recommend based on our experience with Brandon!
My AC went out last night and I was worried that I wouldn't have anyone available to come out until a few days. Having huskies in the house, that wasn't going to work! Cracker Jack Air Pros not only responded the quickest but were available to come and identify/correct the issue this morning! Absolutely great! Not only did they provide excellent service needed to fix my AC, they were really transparent on their prices! I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg but they took their time to find the exact problem to reduce any unnecessary costs to fix it! Cracker Jack Air Pros are officially my go-to for any HVAC concerns! Thank you so much!
