Jason Z at Rooter Hero arrived quickly when all of the drains backed up in my house. He was so helpful and patient. He explained what he was doing and why. He went above and beyond and even answered some of my (nosy) neighbors questions without charge. Jason was truly a class act and gets 10 stars from me. I would highly recommend!
Great service by an outstanding professional! Peter was extremely helpful in getting answers, doing the actual hard work, and in explaining what needed to be done next. Jason came out to clear the drain of our kitchen sink an hour after I called and asked if anyone was available today (9am on Sat). He did a great job! Hopefully, I won't need to call them again anytime soon, but I will definitely recommend Rooter Hero to friends and neighbors.
