Rooter Hero was prompt to answer my service call. Provided detailed steps on their service call and what to expect. The price was very reasonable. Arturo was at my house within an hour. He was respectfully of my property, very acknowledgable, and within minutes determined cause of clog. He cleared the sewer line to the street and then ensured all drain lines were working.
