Since high school tennis, I've had terrible back problems. To the point from I cannot get out of bed some days and I'm only 28! Ive tried everything from massage therapy to heat/cold therapy at home on bad days, nothing seems to remedy it. A few weeks ago, my back was the worst it's ever been. After being laid out on Flexeril for a few days I decided to try acupuncture. The first day I met with Mr. Woolley, I only had a 15 min session because I did not eat that day and about fainted. Tip: EAT before you go in! Anyways, that night I went home and was able to lay on my back throughout the night, which is so uncomfortable for me.
