Such a welcoming environment and a great traditional Pilates workout. I stopped by for a class while on vacation in Carlsbad and enjoyed the atmosphere of this studio.
Natalie is an inspiring, careful and knowledgeable Pilates instructor. Her studio is quiet and immaculate. I began lessons a few months ago suffering from an arthritic knee. My work with her has improved my comfort with walking and daily activity tremendously. Natalie has also shown me techniques to continue my training at home. I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could.
