Amazing experience!! Been working with Natalie for almost two years and the change to my body is fantastic, she is so good at pushing me just enough to really feel the work. Increase overall in injury prevention and body awareness. I have never felt better. Absolutely love her and her studio.

Natalie is an amazing instructor. I’ve been to several other Pilate studios but none of the instructors customize your workout like Natalie. She is especially great if you have any injuries or issues as she focuses on your form being correct to prevent worsening or creating injuries. I would highly recommend EHF Pilates for anyone looking to improve their strength, posture, core, flexibility and balance in a fun and encouraging atmosphere.

Natalie is hands-down the ultimate fitness/wellness professional. Her knowledge of how the body works is truly unsurpassed, especially in an industry where appearance can mean more to clients than what is actually healthy for them. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Natalie created a custom program for me that has been a great help in relieving some of the chronic pain I experience because of the disease. I have been a client on and off (depending on my energy level) for years and I highly recommend EHF.
