As a surprise with my fiancé, for Valentines Day we decided on a couples message with dessert. The locker rooms and steam shower were clean and premium experience, game room, assortment of snacks and beverages. Very private and intimate. A great surprise, and romantic way to share a massage. Our therapists, Katherine and Skyler were professional, kind, and detailed with our massage/ personal requests.

I have been to Ocean Pearl in the past and was not overly happy! I treated my mother to a spa day last week and chose this one because I had heard about the new renovation. We did not realize we were coming only two days after opening and I was thoroughly impressed!! Clean, relaxing, great service and Carrie (manager) was welcoming and wonderful.

Booked a month in advance for Mother's Day. Very easy to get things scheduled over the phone. We got the Mother's Day special (30 minute facial and 30 minute massage) and added 2 gel French tip manicures. They are located inside the Westin Hotel in Carlsbad. We were allowed to access the facilities before and after our appointments. We were welcomed by the spa hostess-- She was very welcoming and gave us a quick walk through of the locker room. There's spacious vanity, and restroom area. The lockers and shower were a little cramped, but still plenty of space to change. She showed us how to turn on the steam room, and where the relaxation room was to wait for our treatments....read full review
