My mother-in-law needed immediate service at her home for a leaking garbage disposal and a flapper valve replacement in her toilet. She had kept detailed records of past services from Rooter Man and specifically asked that we continue using them.
From start to finish, the experience was excellent. We received a follow-up call from Vicki Lyn to ensure everything was completed properly and to check if there were any additional concerns.

I can highly recommend Craig at Rooterman! We had a serious plumbing issue of a burst pipe because of the extreme cold and he went above and beyond! to fix everything. He worked so hard and was so professional, knowledgeable and kind! Craig is the best!
We have a great plumber who has taken care of our needs so well, but was out of town and no one was available with his group for an evening emergency. He recommended Rooter Man and we are very grateful he did. Our building, with multiple renters, had 6 commodes stopped up. Drake spent 2 hours climbing on the roof and unclogging those commodes. He would not leave until he had flushed each of those commodes multiple times to be certain everything was working perfectly. His patience, professionalism and determination were amazing and we greatly appreciate him solving our issue before anyone arrived for work this morning. We highly recommend Rooter Man.
