I love Scott Plumbing. I had an issue & they were able to come out that day to fix it. They send out professional, friendly and competent people to do the job. I highly recomend this company.

I initially called another company; it was after hours so they said they’d send someone next day. I called again first thing the next morning, because I work and need to make arrangements to be here when the technician comes, and they still were not able to give me an estimated time other than "sometime today."Then I called Scott Plumbing. The first thing I noticed was the demeanor of the person answering the phone. Not only was she friendly and professional, she was very knowledgeable. From the types of questions she was asking, I could tell she was troubleshooting and diagnosing. Scott Plumbing replaced our failing water heater today, and we could not be happier with the whole process. Their scheduler gave us a very accurate estimate over the phone (also, a very competative price) and scheduled a convenient time for replacement. Scott's truck was at our house at the appinted time, we received a picture of the technician just before he was at our door, and he and his assistant did an excellent job of seconding the estimate, installing, and cleaning up any small spillage. They were professional, efficient, answered any questions we had, and just generally nice to have in our house. Scott definately is at the top of our list for a repeat call...read full review
