“I was able to observe. They accept all types and ages for their form of Martial Arts. Regrettably, I can not participate due to a severe form of Cervical Spinal Disease, my SportsMed doctor will not give me clearance, due to my physical condition. However, if you want a superior place to train, they are it. I, personally, have studied Hap Ki Do since 1975, but I use Tai Chi Chuan to practice now, it requires no contact. But if you are looking for a superior school, check them out!“
