As I high level athlete, I have experienced many types of body work but Tinas work is very unique and has paid off for me in great dividends. This is not your ordinary massage but her eye for how the body moves and operates is fantastic. My body has moved better than it ever has and strongly recommend her services.
I have been suffering from foot drop on my right foot for 20 years and sciatica on my left leg for 3 years. I went into this a little skeptical since no one had given me much hope or relief. I told Tina if I could regain just 10% of my foot drop I would be happy. After the first session I was close to my goal. I have now been through 4 sessions and I can honestly say my sciatica is 50% better and my foot drop is 25% better. My strength throughout my entire body has increased. Cannot wait until my next session to see how I measure up! Thanks Tina!!
This therapy is not a quick fix in most cases but if you have patience you will see the results. Tina is very skilled at what she does and you will not be disappointed if you stick with it long term. My pain has noticeably reduced and my mobility has improved. My only regret is that I didn't start earlier.
