“Discovery Medical Team has been nothing short of a blessing to me and my family. I care for an elderly gentleman while also working two jobs, all while raising one child in high school and another in nursing school. During this busy season of life, my children have also helped assist Mr. G to and from his appointments, and Discovery Medical Team has always worked with us to make scheduling as easy and accommodating as possible.
They were always willing to work around our schedule, whether that meant early morning or late afternoon appointments. Dr. Owings is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, and her bedside manner is truly remarkable. The level of care and compassion she provides to her patients is exceptional.
Lorena at the front desk has always been kind, professional, and dependable. She made scheduling easy, returned calls promptly, and always followed up with answers to any questions we had. Mr. Solomon was consistently prepared to assist Dr. Owings, making sure supplies, pictures, and vitals were handled quickly and accurately so appointments could begin smoothly and efficiently.
This team works like a well-oiled machine, and because of that, they have brought so much ease and peace of mind to myself, Mr. G, and my children.
