She asks you how hard to press on your muscles, asks if you’re having problems in any specific area at every visit, asks what type of music or ambient noise (or none) to help you relax, her massage room is clean, cozy, and inviting. She doesn’t talk to you the entire time if you just want a mental break as well as physical rejuvenation. She is knowledgeable about muscles, ligaments, bones, and pressure points. She has different methods available to release tension on tight or stiff muscles, and can help in pain management. Do not let your mind creep you out about Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage!! It is wonderful!! And you can’t even tell if it is her hands or her feet. But by using her feet she can manipulate muscles in a larger area as well as not having her hands get tired if you are getting a deep tissue 60-90 minute massage. It truly is amazing!
