They are very patient and gentle, and even with long, complicated procedures, they will not rush.
TBH, I've been known to fall asleep during a procedure.
Sweet staff, they never make you feel bad if you have an area of concern. My husband and I like them very much and I just swapped my kids to them from a peds dentist.
