Spent quite a bit of money a couple of years ago on a large landscaping project at my home. The work was okay, but several follow up phone calls, texts, and emails to request the brand and type of block used on my retaining wall so that I can extend it a few feet - myself - have gone unanswered. I understand they have grown considerably into the commercial market, but attention to the individuals that got them there would be appreciated. Hopefully they’re more responsive to the commercial customers.

Grounds Control did an excellent on my landscaping. They were very responsive when I had questions and really went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the results. Neighbors are commenting on how the new sidewalk, lighting, and planting of trees and shrubs has improved the beauty of our home. All of the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Grounds Control.

Fantastic, but not for what you think.Accidents happen but GCI was there to fix it. A rock from their mowers accidentally hit my windshield. The service from GCI was so professional and friendly that I was surprised. Usually companies don't go out of their way but GCI did and I'm extremely grateful. Now I have a new windshield and they have a new potential customer. Keep the good work going Grounds Control!!!
