“I found Alexis (aka Jewelle) through TikTok and decided to give her a try. From the start, she was super friendly and responsive over text. She answered my questions quickly and made sure I understood how to book exactly what I needed. When I couldn’t find the right add-on option online, she immediately found a workaround and made it easy.

On the day of my appointment, I actually showed up 30 minutes early by accident and she still managed to accommodate me without hesitation. The service was quick, thorough, and professional, and she made the whole experience comfortable.
