“Never saw anyone clean the equipment before or after it was used on me. Want to assume they do it in between, but they probably don't wipe down stuff as often as they should. Did not communicate the details of the type of prescription/eyewear that was recommended very well. Used a lot of new technology which I did appreciate. Everyone was friendly. Would feel comfortable returning.“

The ladies at the front were friendly and got everything completed efficiency. The optometrist made me feel comfortable and discussed options for my contacts and prescription. It's really convenient to order the contacts from Costco as well, and they have a pretty good variety of cute designer frames!“

“My husband was referred to Maynor & Mitchell a couple of years ago. He has severe glaucoma which resulted in the loss of his left eye. He has had multiple eye surgeries at multiple eye care facilities the past several years. The doctors at The Eye Center in Huntsville could not care for his eye conditions and referred him. The check in provided by Maynor & Mitchell has been great. The ladies at the front desk are helpful and cheerful. The wait to get into a patient care room hasn't been super long. The doctor is very friendly and definitely concerned about each eye care visit. This recent visit was due to inflammation in his good eye or the only eye left with vision. The doctor assessed his symptoms and prescribed eye drops to help with the inflammation. My husband said after one drop in his eye, the eye already feels better. This is great news. We worry he may lose vision in his good eye so we take all precautions to make sure he sees an eye specialist immediately. He highly recommends this business.“

“All day at work I struggled with my nose pads irritating my skin. I had the nose pads changed from the original ones to silicone earlier in the week because they were slipping with the warmer temperatures outside. I thought this would help but irritated my skin even more. So, after work today, I went back to the optical shop thinking I needed a new frame. Arsenio was working and he helped me so much. He looked up the kind of nose pads he thought would help and even found some nose pads in the store to let me try first. My poor nose is so irritated after a long day, but feels better already and I’m so relieved to learn from him that I am not the only glasses wearer that struggles with this issue. Thanks, Arsenio!!“

“Very professional and friendly staff.The office staff helped me to pick out just the right frames.They have a large selection to choose from.I was sent paper work to fill out online before my appointment, which I filled out and emailed back. I really like how that worked out; Jason was all ready with information about my insurance coverage. I would suggest anyone who likes a smooth appointment to do the same. I really like that this was an option.The tecniction who did the test on my eyeballs was extremely nice and professional.Dr. Collins was awesome and I cannot wait to get my new glasses in so I can see what I've been missing. She is very personable. She was very professional and took her time to make sure my vision is properly corrected by the new lenses.She answered all my questions and then some.I was very pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend Lens crafters and Dr. Collins.“
