Trusty Vet is dedicated to providing focused and affordable wellness services for pets while keeping overhead costs low. They specialize in medical care but do not handle critical emergency traumas that require hospitalization; clients are advised to call ahead in such cases. The staff at Trusty Vet is known for their compassion and kindness, making difficult times, like dealing with a pet's serious illness, more bearable for pet owners. Many customers have found the atmosphere welcoming, helping nervous pets feel at ease, as seen with a rescue Pyrenees who enjoys visiting despite her usual anxiety. While the service is generally fast and fairly affordable, some clients have noted that additional tests and services can increase costs. Trusty Vet is praised for its knowledgeable staff, including Steve, who provides playful and caring support to pets, making visits more comfortable. They are also known for their quick responses and competitive pricing in town. Overall, Trusty Vet is highly recommended for its caring approach and expertise in pet care, and for their commitment to helping those in financial need by offering donations and support.
I moved all my dogs to Trusty Vet, after their previous vet completely failed my anxious rescue dog.
We're now on our second year with Trusty Vet, and that same dog is wagging his tail and smiling through the exams.
Their exams are thorough, they're happy to explain and educate, and they're absolutely amazing with my dogs. I cannot praise the vets and techs at Trusty Vet highly enough!
I like this place, I was reluctant with some of the reviews but i have three dogs they all have visited, the prices are reasonable. Vets and staff seem sincere. Much better than Midtown vet.
I was watching someone else’s dog and noticed something unusual in the stool. A photo search revealed it to be hookworms, which can be contagious if not treated immediately. Trusty Vet was able to see this dog immediately, provide the medication and get her back to feeling perky in a couple of days. Thanks!
