First visit and it was wonderful!!! Haley, at the front desk, is an absolute delight, took time to explain my insurance and cost for a future procedure. She went above and beyond my expectations. Caroline is an excellent hygienist. I hate having my teeth cleaned, however, with her gentle technique, it was the most pleasant experience that I've ever had. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Pugh is very personable and thanked me for becoming his patient. Highly recommend ! Very professional yet personable. Dr. Pugh is an excellent dentist who really cares about his patients. He’s so nice, easy to talk to and listens well. Can say the same about everyone in the office. Excellent care !
