I have been using Dr. Sargeant for the last six years, and he has become one of the most important parts of my overall health and fitness. Hands down, he is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. He is a great listener and he knows so much about the human body, nutrition, recovery, and health in general. My typical injuries are around the shoulder blades and lower back, but he has also helped with lower body aches and pains with his adjustments. The adjustments make an immediate difference, so I am able to get back to the active lifestyle and activities that I enjoy. The staff were very prompt and accommodating and I was able to get an appointment the same day I called in with lower back pain. Dr. Sergeant was professional and outlined a plan to address my issue and I look forward to relief in the near future.
