Really appreciate how much the staff here seems to care, all very friendly and knowledgeable.
My only suggestion, and at the fault of the clientele and not the establishment, would be to implement a silent phone policy.
I could not believe how rude some grown adults were being while we were all being given care instructions. Don’t talk over the professionals to answer people’s questions yourself and silence your phones people!
Great place to get your animal spayed or neutered. They are extremely organized. The prices are extremely transparent and fair. Recently had our 8 month old torbie cat spayed and everything went smoothly. She was still a little wobbly, from the anesthesia, when she first came home but once it wore off, it was kitten business as usual. She never seemed uncomfortable or sore. Her incision looked amazing. We purchased the pain medicine just in case and we never had to use it. Discharge instructions were very clear. Including the best way to reach the staff/vet if there was an issue. Definitely recommend.
I absolutely adore this place, they've helped me with two my cats, both rescues. I booked an appointment less than 48 hours ago and my cat was dropped off this morning to get neutered!! Very friendly they give clear instructions on what to do. Definitely take your animals here and do not add to the population!!
