The Old Gin Carpets crew just walked out my front door. The 4 men were experts in their field and were able to carpet one of my bedrooms in a short time. I think the value was very good for the quality job they skillfully performed. I also give them "kudos" for putting up with my barking Carin Terrier! I owe the ladies I dealt with in the store for helping to find a nearly perfect match in color to my older carpet. Thank you to Chase for measuring and other help. Doing business with the people at Old Gin Carpets was a very pleasurable experience!

Great business. They carry a wide variety of flooring products at different price points. Staff is friendly and attentive, and you will receive personalized service. If someone is searching for flooring, I strongly recommend looking here. This is a great alternative to the big box stores.

Not long after our new flooring was installed, pieces of the trim along the baseboards started breaking off and one of the LVP panels had a chip in it. I’ve called several times over the last couple months (first call was July 27, 2022) trying to get someone to come out and fix it, and usually I’m told someone else will call me back but they haven’t- not once. The transition strip (I think is what it’s called, the piece of wood where it transitions from the new LVP to the kitchen flooring) came off last month and sliced my son’s foot open.
