I found Alexis (aka Jewelle) through TikTok and decided to give her a try. From the start, she was super friendly and responsive over text. She answered my questions quickly and made sure I understood how to book exactly what I needed. When I couldn’t find the right add-on option online, she immediately found a workaround and made it easy.
On the day of my appointment, I actually showed up 30 minutes early by accident and she still managed to accommodate me without hesitation. The service was quick, thorough, and professional, and she made the whole experience comfortable.

My eyes were caught by a 60 second video on TikTok and I must say that I think it was one of the best promo videos ever made. As soon as I heard Smyrna area, I immediately made a reservation. Despite my busy schedule, I was able to make my appointment two days later. My experience with Alexis was excellent, and I must say she did not disappoint me. Alexis guided me with directions, greeted me with world class customer service, answered all my questions and concerns and made my experience spectacular! I know she loves this career!
