Aaron was very thorough and helpful, as was the young man with him. He showed us how to maintain the system better, confirmed where our lines went and gave us safety tips for anything that might be built around or near the septic tank. We are grateful for how quickly that came bc our problem could’ve been a big one. Highly recommend them and Aaron.
They all were a pleasant surprise for me during a difficult situation. Office personnel communicated well about scheduling an on site Technician and service cost. Shane, the Technician arrived on time; knew what to do; and cleared up my drain problem within an hour. He had the pipes reconnected, cleanup and paperwork completed within a few minutes. I hindered him by talking to him while he was working. We shared common interests; so, I talked a lot. I highly recommend this company.
Shane Broyles came to my eighty one year old mom’s house and worked so hard until 8:30 pm and did a great job. He was so nice and respectful to my mom, gave us his card and said call at anytime, good customer service is so hard to find and I really appreciate it. Hope we do not have to use Roto-Rooter again, but if I do we would definitely call you again and hope that we can get Shane Broyles again. Thank you so much.Tammy Vaughan and Volla Harrison
